We are the Lagos Navigators
Our website address is: http://lagosnavigators.net
We are an informal group of yachtsmen, yachtswomen and local people based in and around Marina de Lagos, Portugal. We are independent of the Marina and of all other businesses in Lagos. There are no membership requirements, although we do require website registration to enable you to submit bulletins, adverts, etc. This is for internet security reasons. We encourage registered users to make contributions to the website and keep the information up to date, and welcome feedback on whether information is out of date, inaccurate, or simply missing.
What do Lagos Navigators do?
On a voluntary basis we work together to help visiting and resident yachtsmen and yachtswomen make the most of their stay in Lagos. We share our knowledge and experience and, starting in September through the winter until June, volunteers run a twice-weekly VHF Net (Ch 09) to keep you informed of what’s going on. The organization of events and activities such as Yoga, Bridge, Darts, Walks and Tiddlywinks is positively encouraged. Anyone is free to organize an event and publish details on the website.
