Yoga: The 15th April will be my last yoga day. Meaning also the last day for the projector and speaker. The keen yoga babes that stay a bit longer in the marina are of course welcome to continue the sessions to their own liking with their own equipment. Many thanks again to Jane for the fantastic teaching on Mondays and well done to all of you, who came, gave it a try, found new muscles and stretchiness and hopefully, you will take the determination with you to keep bendy and fit. Don’t forget! The flexibility of your spine dictates your true age.

Have a great sailing summer and may there always be a handwidth of water under your keel!

We are getting together every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The start is just after 8am. The Spa opens at 8am and we are usually all there at 8.05. We have a collections of DVD’s featuring various different styles of yoga or yogalatis, which we do or come up with our own routine occasionally. New ideas, DVD’s or exercises are always welcome. Some mats are available but for regular yogis a proper yoga mat is recommended. Please bring a Thera band or sail tie, a cushions and if you get cold easily a jumper or large towels for the cooling down. There is NO TEACHER!

Please be aware of your body’s abilities and do not stretch and exercise beyond your limits. You need to be able to listen to the instructions and follow them to prevent injury.
